Products

  • iAM Integrative Skincare was developed by cosmetic surgeon Dr. Adam Miller and pharmacist Jayne Wee.  

  • The mission: make enjoyable skincare as effective as popular medical-grade skincare lines, but with five ingredients or less, and with no-waste branding.​

  • Most iAM Skincare is designed to work synergistically with the following oral supplementation:

    • 1.5 - 3.0 grams of buffered vitamin C

    • Collagen 1 gram per day

    •  400-800mg of elemental Magnesium per day

    • 1-2 grams of omega 3 rich fish oil (EPA:DHA 6:4 ratio)

Self-Assess

  • Skin-turgor test to assess your total body hydration.

  • Photograph your face in natural lighting, wearing a simple black shirt, no makeup or accessories, and long hair pulled back.

    • Take 3 photos front, right and left​ sides

    • Use your smart phone to zoom in and assess radiance, dryness, pigmentation

    • Compare another photo after 4 weeks

  • Purchase pH paper online to asses skin surface pH (ideal is pH 5.2)

  • Woods lamps are available online for < $100

Lab Tests

  • ARISE Nutrient (urine) testing can identify vitamin deficiencies and anti-oxidant imbalances that make it harder to build and maintain collagen 

  •  If you're inflamed, you are inflammaging.  Do you know your hsCRP (blood)?

  • Stressed out?  You may be stressed-in also.  Check your 24 hour stress status with urine cortisol testing.
